Due to continued tremendous growth, they are currently seeking a highly qualified Principle Recruiter based at their corporate headquarters. Job Description: Your primary responsibilities as Principle Recruiter include independently sourcing, recruiting, screening and securing professionals for the corporate and field offices consistent with group needs and goals-this individual will utilize pro-active and non-traditional recruitment methods to seek out employees in the most cost efficient approaches. Specific job functions/duties of this opportunity includes: utilize pro-active and non-traditional recruitment techniques (direct sourcing and networking) in the recruitment process for the headquarters and field sites participate in internal staffing selection utilizing the position announcement procedure make recruiting decisions on internal prospects, advertising and agency use to secure candidates to meet organizational demands while controlling expenses serve as the liason between management and the candidate during the interview process provide recruiting data to management to assist in planning and forecasting of recruitment needs design, develop and implement semi-structured behavoiral interviewing techniques teach/coach managers in interviewing techniques assist in the area of organizational development in situation where there is a direct impact on the recruitment process assist in the establishment and development of selection standards and criteria and stay abreast of innovative recruiting techniques to attract and compete in managerial and professional markets. |
