| As a Market Manager, your primary responsibilities would include marketing and administrative support for specific market segments for the our clients systems. Specific job duties would include: develop and communicate quarterly marketing strategies for specific assigned accounts; maintain a one year rolling plan for the specific segment The ideal candidate will have the following skills sets/qualifications: direct customer contact/sales experience; experience doing sales team coaching/account planning; and presentation, negotiation and forecasting experience. In addition, this individual would have experience with 1) making pricing decisions 2) formulating product plans 3) working with revenue/margin decisions 4) market segments 5) knowledge of factors shaping the industry and market segments 6) competitive analysis 7) benefits positioning (not just features) and lifecycle studys. It would be a great advantage if the chosen candidate has knowledge of any the following telecommunication product areas to include DCS concepts, SONET, FOT's and ADM's, M13's and T1, ATM, Network Management Systems and Network Planning Concepts. |
