Your primary responsibilities as Director, Distribution Marketing and Sales will include

1) overseeing 3 distribution channel groups to include;
• Network Systems Marketing
• Refrigeration Products and
• The Parts Direct group (Catalog business)
2) managing a group of 7 direct reports to include 2 Distribution National Sales Managers who have 22 Product Sales Managers reporting to them, 5 Channel Marketing Managers (who work with product managers for specific product lines), a Training Manager, EDI Manager and Inside Sales and
3) responsibility for the strategic marketing development of the distribution business as related to;
• Supply Chain Management
• e-commerce and
• joint marketing-advertising programs

In addition, the chosen candidate will be responsible for leading the conversion of our clients’ parts direct to include internet purchasing. Ideally, this individual will have
• 10 years of technical sales-distribution experience preferably in HVAC or related product distribution
• experience with multiple channels of distribution
• experience managing major programs initiatives
• experience developing and implementing strategic marketing goals and objectives
• prior sales management experience and
• strong technical HVAC knowledge

* The distribution group has been averaging 8% growth per year and expect the growth to continue at 5-10% per year.
