They are currently seeking a highly qualified Director of Business Operations whose primary responsibilities will include:
• Defining and building committed work teams
• Leading and directing a group of over 100 people
• Building customers relationships and delivering quality services
• Modeling and supporting effective communications between teams and team members
• Planning the roll outs of new products and services
• Constructing a scalable and effective community model of work processes and relationships for account operations
• Creating information based and performance driven feedback loops to track
• supporting strategies, implementationing plans and related activities.
• Managing financial guidelines
• Managing large and multi disciplined groups of internal service providers who service customers in a visible, vital way.
• Overseeing the creation and growth of a responsive service infrastructure which will create an experience of excellence for the customer working with our client.
This position Requires:
• A minimum of 15 years of experience with a financial, operations, professional services background, preferably with an internet company
• Someone who has build and managed a large professional services organization
• Must have managed a large volume of people (25-150)
• A core technical background
• Previous experience creating and sustaining multi geography (distributed) work teams.
• Previous experience defining, applying and leveraging appropriate operations metrics.
• Previous experience stimulating and managing continued process improvement within a scaling organization
• Previous experience with software product management and production roll out.
