Position Summary:

They are seeking an energetic self-starter who has experience in performing lost profit and intellectual property damage calculations. Additionally you will be involved in economic data collection, spreadsheet and database creation and management, and document preparation. You will work with team leaders on client engagements and supervise associates on planning and document preparation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lost profit and intellectual property damage calculations

• Provide detailed fact finding, research and analysis

• Develops computer models including detailed and potentially complex spreadsheet analyses

• Assists with data gathering activities including document review and supervision, and quality control of data entry activities

•  Supervises appropriate personnel including analysts, less experienced associates, client personnel, clerical support, and others as appropriate

• Responsible for engagement planning and preparing client communications for senior level review

•  Coordinates administrative functions including time tracking and bill preparation
