They currently employ over 500 consultants in offices throughout the United States and in London, U.K. They are currently seeking a highly qualified, dynamic individual to fill the role of Senior Managing Consultant. This individual will be based in their San Francisco office. They are seeking an energetic self-starter who has experience in engagement management and litigation support consulting. Prior experience in performing lost profit calculations or insurance is a plus. Additionally, you will be involved in economic data collection, spreadsheet and database creation and management, and document preparation. You will work with team leaders on client engagements and supervise associates on planning and document preparation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide detailed fact finding, research and analysis Develops computer models including detailed and potentially complex spreadsheet analyses Assists with data gathering activities including document review and supervision, and quality control of data entry activities Supervises appropriate personnel including analysts, less experienced associates, client personnel, clerical support, and others as appropriate Responsible for engagement planning and preparing client communications for senior level review Coordinates administrative functions including time tracking and bill preparation Additional Requirements: 4-7 years of experience in a consulting environment, public accounting or financial services and excellent communication skills - both verbally and in writing. flexible creative problem solving skills Intermediate or above computer skills, including working knowledge of Word, Excel and Access. A four-year college degree in business or other analytical discipline is required. Regular travel is required.
