| Our client is currently seeking a highly qualified Account Executive/Sales Executive who will oversee a territory to include New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and parts of New York. The territory currently produces sales of $3.5 Million with a projected sales growth of 20% per year. The selected candidate will have the following skills sets/qualifications: 4+ years experience with proven success working in a sales organization in a very technical & long sales & execution process They are seeking an individual who has/is high energy, self-motivated, establishes plans & manages execution, builds relationships (demonstrated success) with customers, drive for results, high integrity, acts independently, analyzes issues, enjoys interacting with people, adapts to quickly changing environments and fosters teamwork. The key measurements for this position over the next 12 months include: generating $3 million in sales revenue Our client expects the territory to grow to gross sales of $6 million dollars in the future as well as assist the chosen candidate in attaining the position of Senior Account Sales Executive. The primary challenges facing this position are 1) an ability to prioritize leads and efficiently cover a several state territory and 2) establishing a presence in markets where the competition is better known and perhaps already entrenched. |
