Sales - District Manager - Pre-IPO

Our client is at the vanguard of a revolution in Internet-based, enterprise-wide performance management. The company is a pioneer and market leader in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), a new class of Web-based performance management tools. Our clients' EPM solutions enable organizations to measure, manage and develop their most important asset -- their people.

Our client is a three year old pre-IPO company and was founded by a team of industrial psychologists, management executives, and technologists who recognized that today's "human management" needs were not being addressed by traditional ERP, HRMS, and legacy-based performance management tools.

Our client offers a full range of outsourced services and hosted applications built around the new PM (Performance Management) standard in performance management. Due to outstanding growth within the company, they are currently looking to fill the position of Regional Manager in Northern California.

Qualified candidates will have experience in:

• Strategic Selling, Multi-contact and complex Selling (not tactical selling).
Selling to senior level management and executives.
• Selling Medium to Large ticket items priced 100K and above.
• Selling intangible products.
• Being the top producers in their company.
• Having a proven track record of producing.
• Selling to companies with more than 1000 employees.
• Any Experience selling HR solutions.

Experience: 3+ years
Degree preferred.

Important notes: The sales Cycle will be around 30-60 days. Need to be familiar with Internet. Performance management tool is run through the internet. Quota is $1 million dollars.
