| Our client is at the vanguard of a revolution in Internet-based, enterprise-wide performance management. The company is a pioneer and market leader in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), a new class of Web-based performance management tools. Our clients' EPM solutions enable organizations to measure, manage and develop their most important asset -- their people. Our client is a three year old pre-IPO company and was founded by a team of industrial psychologists, management executives, and technologists who recognized that today's "human management" needs were not being addressed by traditional ERP, HRMS, and legacy-based performance management tools. Our client offers a full range of outsourced services and hosted applications built around the new PM (Performance Management) standard in performance management. Due to outstanding growth within the company, they are currently looking to fill the position of Regional Manager in Northern California. Qualified candidates will have experience in: Strategic Selling, Multi-contact and complex Selling (not tactical selling). Experience: 3+ years Other skills/courses needed or taken: (Very helpful) Important notes: The sales Cycle will be around 30-60 days. Need to be familiar with Internet. Performance management tool is run through the internet. Quota is $1 million dollars. |
