As a Major Account Executive at our client, you would be responsible for identifying, pursuing and closing business with major accounts in the Northern California or New York City area who can benefit from our clients’ WebCenter Enterprise, a complete solution for web-enabled customer interaction. Your primary responsibilities would include: 1) call on senior level decision makers in Fortune 1000 companies and 2) oversee full territory management including prospecting, executing marketing programs, negotiating contracts, closing business as well as maintaining on-going customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have the following desired skills and background:

• 5+ years sales experience in high technology products and/or services; experience with Internet related products preferred
• 2+ years experience selling above products with average sale price of $100,000 to $1,000,000+
• Demonstrable, successful track record selling into Fortune 1000 America
• Excellent interpersonal skills both oral and written
• Education
• 4 year college degree preferred
• Travel
• 10% - 20%
