| Our client is a leading provider of electronic customer relationship management services that enable clients to identify, acquire and retain their customers, thereby increasing their revenue, customer base and market share. They design and implement comprehensive solutions that utilize the internet and other communication channels to provide high value-added services that address all the electronic customer relationship management needs of clients. Our client operates electronic customer relationship management activities through 20 customer contact centers in the United States and Canada and one distribution center focused on fulfillment, all of which are fully Web-enabled and capable of multi-channel communications. Some of the services and applications provided by our client include the following: Database management; Data mining; Direct mail; Lead generation; Fulfillment; Market research; Help desk; Response management; Welcome contacts; Consultative sales; Sales lead management; Customer care and Sales & Order entry The individual selected as a Market Research Sales Manager will be responsible for the strategic objective of maximizing revenue generation and expanding the current client base specific to the Market Research Division of Protocol. A knowledge of market research is essential. A qualified candidate will have experience in making presentations to the highest level executives within corporations. Necessary experience will include study design, proposal writing, and questionnaire development. In addition to having an established network of contacts and sales relationships a qualified candidate will also be expected to evaluate and define prospective clients with the purpose of cold calling, prospect qualification, strategic sales process planning, exploring and closing all revenue opportunities. In addition, the Market Research Sales Manager will frequently interact with senior management as an executive resource when needed. Desired Skills and Experience Intellectual Rigor and Outstanding Solution Sales Skills. Candidates will demonstrate a strategic and analytical approach to penetrating new accounts. These individuals will possess a very process oriented, methodical approach to driving the sales process within a complex selling environment. Leadership, Initiative, and Empathy. Candidates will have demonstrated in the past that they do not wait for direction, but rather seize the initiative to move quickly forward toward implementing their territory business plan and begin executing immediately. They are looking for career minding individuals who are looking to help build a world-class organization, which is intent on providing a comprehensive suite of Customer Relationship Management Services. The individual selected to fulfill the expectations of this position will be joining an existing sales group. They will, however, be the only individual dedicated to the sale of Market Research services. As such, they will also be responsible for assisting in the establishing process and structure for a dedicated Market Research Sales Group. Qualifications Five or more years in Market Research sales within large Enterprise accounts. Experience consistently exceeding quota of greater than $1.5 Million. Proven Track Record in over-achieving quarterly and annual quota. Must have high ethics, integrity, humility and have a desire to build a World-class sales and support organization. Must have strong knowledge of Market Research concepts and demonstrate the ability to discuss them with conviction. Formal sales training a must Solution-Selling and/or Value Selling training preferred. |
